Search & Hiring AA/EEO Compliance Unit

The Search Compliance Unit is responsible for monitoring employment transactions, including faculty and staff hiring decisions, by providing consultation to departments and search committees on recruitment strategies and procedures.

The Office also prepares the University’s and UConn Health’s Affirmative Action Plans which demonstrate the University’s continuous efforts to provide equal access to employment opportunities for qualified members of protected classes.
