Manager of EEO and Search Compliance
Hanna Prytko joined the Office of Institutional Equity in January 2005. As Manager of EEO and Search Compliance, Hanna is responsible for managing the daily activities of OIE’s EEO and Search Compliance staff and ensuring UConn’s compliance with state and federal guidelines, regulations and laws related to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action in the search and hiring process.
Additionally, Hanna is responsible developing the state and federal affirmative action plans for the University, producing various reports for monitoring workforce diversity goals and ensuring all state and federal reporting requirements are met. She also provides guidance on the search process, search training and related projects.
Hanna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fordham University and has passed the State of Connecticut Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist 1 and 2 examinations. Prior to joining OIE, Hanna worked for Eber Brother Metro in New York for 12 years.
