The University of Connecticut is committed to creating and maintaining a campus environment free from all forms of sexual harassment, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking. UConn’s policies and procedures related to sex-based discrimination and harassment were updated on August 1, 2024 to align with federal Title IX regulations. Due to a January 9, 2025 federal court decision, the August 1, 2024 Title IX regulations were vacated nationwide.
