Lily joined the Office of Institutional Equity as the Graduate Assistant in August 2023 where she assists OIE staff in all areas of work. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Merrimack College. While at Merrimack College, Lily worked in the Dean of Students Office as the Community Standards Intern where she focused primarily on developing bystander intervention practices for the community. Before beginning at UConn, she also completed an internship with New York University’s Office of Residential Life where she assisted with conduct procedures for their summer residents.

Lily is currently studying Higher Education Student Affairs (HESA) at UConn and hopes to continue working at colleges and universities in the future.
