Jody Renshaw joined the Office of Institutional Equity in July 2023. As an EEO and Search Compliance Specialist, Jody is responsible for reviewing and evaluating unclassified, classified searches, and the hiring process. She assists with compiling and organizing the affirmative action plan, for both UConn Storrs and UConn Health. Additionally, she provides guidance related to Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and the employment search process.

Prior to joining UConn, Jody graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. She worked fifteen years in the public school system as a paraprofessional helping students in special education programs.
