Keith Johnson joined the Office for Inclusion and Civil Rights (formerly the Office of Institutional Equity) in February 2026. He serves as an Employee Accommodation Specialist at the University of Connecticut, where he supports faculty and staff through the interactive ADA process with a focus on accessibility, compliance, and employee well‑being.

Prior to joining UConn, Keith oversaw onboarding, ADA compliance, and wellness initiatives in several human resources roles, and he also worked directly with individuals with disabilities.

Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Fitness Management from Mitchell College (Class of 2016).
