Erica Day joined the Office for Inclusion and Civil Rights (Formerly, Office of Institutional Equity) in February of 2024. Erica serves as the Reception & Office Services Coordinator. She is the primary point of contact at OICR responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing incoming inquiries, and supporting OICR’s mission and work. 

Erica graduated from UConn in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing Management.  While attending UConn, Erica worked at the Office of Student Services at the Hartford Campus. Following graduation, Erica worked at Enterprise Rent-a-Car as a Management Trainee.
