Susan Hoge joined the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) in July 2016.  Susan serves as the Executive Assistant to Letissa Reid, Associate Vice President (AVP). She is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and support activities for the AVP as well as the office.

Prior to joining OIE, Susan was an Administrative Manager at UConn’s Institute for Collaboration on Health, Intervention and Prevention (InCHIP). Her career in higher education also includes working as a Classification and Compensation Analyst in the Department of Human Resources at the University of California, San Francisco.

Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
