EEO & Search Compliance Specialist
Dorian joined the Office of Institutional Equity in December 2017 as an EEO & Search Compliance Specialist. He is responsible for developing the University’s annual affirmative action plans and monitoring AA/EEO compliance in the search process.
Prior to working at UConn, Dorian has worked as an Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist, ADA Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, and Training and Development Manager in both state and corporate settings. Dorian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Diversity and Equity Professionals (CADEP).
